Yes! I have finally found a tutorial on how to make my own charm straps! Now, to figure out what the tubey things are, and I'm all set! (Thankfully, PM Hobbycraft has jumps rings and elastic straps)
Sadly, where I live doesn't have a $2 store, or many craft stores ._. But I shall prevail!

a shop in a market, i always buy things like this in there (a huge resources for craft and accessory), the transaction will go faster if i mention the name =3 ( it's a really busy market i might get ignored XD )
